Q: How do I receive my products?

A: Air express include DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and etc.

And we can deliver big orders by sea if your order is not urgent.

Q: How to pay?

A: For big order, you need to pay 30% or 50% deposit before production, the balance paid before shipment. Payment way can be negotiated.

Q: Will you save my sample or 3D artwork for future orders?

A: Yes. You can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders once we create your 3D artwork and sample. There is never any new sample fees if you keep the same design.

Q: Do you offer customized packaging?

A: Yes! all products you purchased can be packed as your own requirements.
