Description about goods:

Materials: Commonly P20 for mould base, s136 for cores, cavities and rings. All materials are optional to customers.

Cap structure: We have made more than 3 kinds of design of this cap. And most of structures are not new to us.

Weight: 500 kg for 24 cavities` mould. (For reference only, the actual product shall prevail)

Cavity number: 4cavity, 6cavity, 8cavity, 12cavity, 16cavity, 20cavity, 24cavity, 32cavity, 48cavity etc.

Mould size: Based on the requirements of customer, we support caps for 500ml, 1 liter, 1.5 liter and etc. (top number is 10 liter. )

Quality: All products made from our mould have similar good performance, which could help our customer expand their businesses of caps.
